„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 24-ე მუხლის მე-13 პუნქტის „ თანახმად, სამარშრუტო სატრანსპორტო საშუალებისა და ტაქსის მოცდა ნებადართულია მხოლოდ გზის სავალი ნაწილის შედარებით ამაღლებულ ჩასასხდომ ბაქანზე, ხოლო მისი არარსებობისას – ტროტუარზე ან გვერდულაზე.

In case of absence of the boarding platform, waiting for route vehicle and taxi is allowed:
