საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 116-ე მუხლის მე-51 ნაწილის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალების სამართავად გადაცემა წინასწარი შეცნობით ნარკოტიკული ან ფსიქოტროპული სიმთვრალის მდგომარეობაში მყოფი პირისათვის - გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 1000 ლარის ოდენობით.
