Explanation:

საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 116-ე მუხლის შენიშვნის მე-10 ნაწილის თანახმად, ალკოჰოლური სიმთვრალის მდგომარეობად მიიჩნევა მძღოლის სისხლში 0,3 პრომილეზე მეტი ოდენობით ეთანოლის შემცველობა.

According to the Georgian Code of Administrative Offences, following shall be considered as alcoholic drunken state:

Content of more than 0.3 per mile ethanol in the driver’s blood

If content of ethanol in the driver’s blood is 0.2 per mile or more than 0.2 per mile
3
Content of more than 0.1 per mile ethanol in the driver’s blood
