საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 118²-ე მუხლის თანახმად, მექანიკური სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მართვის დროს მძღოლის მიერ მობილური კომუნიკაციის საშუალებით სარგებლობა- გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 10 ლარის ოდენობით.
