საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 118³-ე მუხლის თანახმად, მოტოციკლით მოძრაობისას მძღოლის ან/და მგზავრის მიერ შეკრული მოტოჩაფხუტის გამოუყენებლობა - გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 100 ლარის ოდენობით.

According to the Georgian Code of Administrative Offences, while riding a motorcycle, non-use of bound helmet by the motorcycle rider and/or passenger will result in:

Penalty in the amount of 100 GEL
