საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 122-ე მუხლის პირველი ნაწილის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მართვა წინასწარი შეცნობით სახელმწიფო სანომრე ნიშნის გარეშე, ან სხვაგვარად შეცვლილი სახელმწიფო სანომრე ნიშნით, ან სატრანსპორტო საშუალების საქარე მინაზე დამაგრებული სახელმწიფო სანომრე ნიშნით -გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 100 ლარის ოდენობით.
