საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 123-ე მუხლის მე-2 ნაწილის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალების გაჩერების შესახებ იმ პოლიციელის მოთხოვნის შეუსრულებლობა, რომელიც უზრუნველყოფს საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილეთა უსაფრთხოებას და ზედამხედველობს საგზაო მოძრაობის წესების დაცვას, - გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 300 ლარის ოდენობით ან სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მართვის უფლების 1 წლით შეჩერებას.
