„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 23-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის „ა“ და „ბ“ ქვეპუნქტების თანახმად, მგზავრს ეკრძალება: ა) მოძრავი სატ¬რანსპორტო საშუალების მართვისას მძღოლის ყურადღების სხვა რამეზე გადატანა; ბ) მძღოლისათვის სატ¬რანსპორტო საშუალების მართვაში ხელის შეშლა.
