„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 24-ე მუხლის მე-8 პუნქტის თანახმად, იქ სადაც არ არის ქვეითთა გადასასვლელი, ქვეითი არ უნდა გადავიდეს გზის სავალ ნაწილზე მოახლოებულ სატრანსპორტო საშუალებამდე მანძილის, მისი სიჩქარის განსაზღვრამდე და გადასვლის უსაფრთხოებაში დარწმუნებამდე.

In case of absence of crosswalk, a pedestrian is allowed to cross the driveway:

Only after definition of the distance to the approaching vehicle

Only after definition of speed of the approaching vehicle

Only after making sure in safety of crossing

After definition of distance and speed of the approaching vehicle, as well making sure in safety of crossing
