„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის მე-18 პუნქტის თანახმად, დატვირთული მასა (ფაქტობრივი მასა) - მოცემულ დროის მონაკვეთში დატვირთული სატრანსპორტო საშუალების ფაქტობრივი მასა, მძღოლისა და მგზავრების ჩათვლით.

“Loaded mass” means:

Mass of the vehicle, without passengers and cargo, but with entire fuel supply and necessary tool set

Mass of the vehicle defined by the blank production plant without driver, passengers and cargo

Actual mass of the vehicle loaded during the given period of time including driver and passengers
